Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Ms. D. Madhavi, learned counsel representing Sri Bathala Ramesh learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the amount was paid to the petitioner, pending the writ petition. 3. Recording the above submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
