Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that vide Order dated 30.08.2025, interim protection was granted to the petitioners. He would further submit that the petition may be disposed of, by extending the interim protection which was granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court so as to enable the petitioners to approach the District Court and file a fresh petition. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. 4 5. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the Interim Order dated 30.08.2025 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is extracted here under: “Until such time, no coercive steps shall be taken by the police against the petitioners.” 5. Considering the submissions made, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, extending the interim protection which was granted by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 30.08.2025 for a period of three (3) weeks, so as to enable the petitioners to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Court and file appropriate application.
