With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter has been heard at this stage without calling for the reply. 3. Petitioners seek applicability of Mohinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & others2 It is, however, seen from the record that the petitioners have not preferred any representation for the redressal of their grievances raised in the writ petition. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 3493 of 2025 decided on 10.08.2026. 2 4. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be preferring a representation within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is so made, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in accordance with law as well as taking into consideration the above judgment within a period of six weeks thereafter.
