Nainital in application No.6C filed in civil Suit No.09 of 2024 (Annexure No.4) (II) To pass such other or further order or direction as deemed proper under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner. (III) Award full cost of the petition.” 3. Mr. Tribhuwan Chandra Pandey, Advocate, submitted that the said Original Suit (No.9 of 2024) has already been dismissed.
