JUSTICE D K SINGH) This intra Court appeal is filed impugning the judgment and order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the writ Court in W.P.No.14339/2013. 2. The appeal has been filed with delay of 280 days for which an application seeking condonation of delay appeal along with supporting affidavit has been filed. Considering the averments made in the affidavit, we condone the delay of 280 days in filing the appeal. 3. The learned Single Judge has only directed for granting promotion to the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant with effect from 21.01.2013, that is from the date when his immediate junior was granted promotion, that to on the submission of the learned Additional Government Advocate stated in paragraph Nos.9 and 10. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:17783-DB WA No. 287 of 2026 4. We find no reason to interfere in the impugned judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge and therefore, writ appeal stands dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, pending I.A., if any, does not survive for consideration and the same is disposed of.
