According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on 30.03.2026 application was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner under Section 317 of Cr.P.C and the same was dismissed and NBW was issued. According to him, the petitioner is ready to surrender before the concerned Court and on the same date, NBW may be recalled. 3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a directon to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District, to consider the recalling of NBW dated 30.03.2026 on the same day of the petitioner surrender, if any application is filed by the petitioner.
