1.
Heard the parties.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is sufficient amount in the account of the petitioner from where on monthly basis, the EMI can be deducted but the respondents for reasons best known have freezed the entire bank account.
3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank submits that the husband of the petitioner had taken a loan against pension for which an EMI was fixed at Rs.12,701/-. The petitioner has also put her thumb impression in the said loan document. Thus, the petitioner is aware of the same loan and recovery of the EMIs from the pension.

The learned counsel for the Bank further submits that against an insurance policy an amount of Rs.7,33,179.68 has already been paid to the petitioner which they have appropriated, without liquidating the loan.
5.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will maintain a minimum balance of Rs.75,000/- in her account and after deductions, if at any point of time, the balance falls below Rs.75,000/-, it will be open to the bank to freeze the account again.

7.
It will be open to the petitioner to approach the Bank if the petitioner wants to liquidate the loan immediately.
8.
It is needless to say that the bank will go on deducting the EMI amount from the pension amount of the petitioner.
