Mr. Rupinder Singh Thakur, Additional Advocate General for respondents-State. The respondents have filed compliance affidavit. Alongwith the compliance affidavit, office order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the Executive Engineer, Bhoranj Division, HPPWD, Bhoranj has been annexed as Annexure R-1 and also the Pension Payment Order-cum- Commutation Payment Order dated 03.07.2026 passed by the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh. 2. As per the Pension Payment Order-cum- Commutation Payment Order dated 03.07.2026, the petitioner has been held entitled to pension w.e.f. 01.04.2023. Since the competent authority has now issued the Pension Payment Order-cum-Commutation Payment Order dated 03.07.2026, the respondents are directed to release the pension and arrears of pension within eight weeks from today. 3. In view of this, the application is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to take appropriate recourse, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 19.12.2025 passed by the Executive Engineer, Bhoranj Division, HPPWD, Bhoranj in accordance with law. 16th September, 2026 ( Jiya Lal Bhardwaj ) (naveen) Judge
