The alleged contemnor files the compliance report and submits that the petitioner, Ayan Paul has already joined the service upon reporting to KRTC Mundali on 25.05.2026. It is further submitted that the petitioner has commenced undergoing basic training for the post of Constable/General duty and he has been taken on strength with effect from June 3, 2026 upon being allotted CISF No. 260507103. 2. Let the compliance report filed by the alleged contemnor and be kept on record. 3. This Court is satisfied that the direction passed in WPA 1443 of 2025 have been duly complied with. The order of this Court has been given effect to 2 and the petitioner has been appointed to the post of CT/GD in the Central Industrial Security Force. 4. In view of the above and in the absence of willful or deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court the contempt proceeding initiated by CPAN 113 of 2026 shall stand dropped. 5.
