The present misc. application has been filed to incorporate the name of the counsel who is representing respondent No.3 in the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in batch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16977/2022. 2. The facts disclosed in the application reveals that Mr. Chinmay Saxena, learned counsel had filed a Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3 and had also participated in the [2026:RJ-JP:17485] (2 of 2) [WMAP-177/2026] arguments on the said date, however, his name was not reflected in the order dated 06.04.2026. 3. In view of the above, the present misc. application is allowed and consequently, the name of Mr. Chinmay Saxena, learned counsel shall now be read as counsel for the respondent No.3-Bhakra Beas Management Board in the original order dated 06.04.2026. 4. The instant order shall be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 06.04.2026 passed by this Court in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions led by S.B.
