Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that as the application has already been processed and the guidelines has been sought from the higher authority, on instruction, he submits that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and as per the order passed by this Court within a period of one month from today. 3. In view of the same, the contempt proceeding filed by the petitioner is disposed of on the basis of the affidavit submitted by the respondent and submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent. 4.
