Grievance of the Writ Petitioners is that marriage of 1st Writ Petitioner was performed with 4th respondent on 07.10.2017 as per Hindu Rites and Caste Customs. They were blessed with a baby girl on 15.04.2020. Subsequently, disputes cropped up between 1st Writ Petitioner and 4th respondent in their matrimonial life and 4th respondent was alleged to have harassed the Writ Petitioners and left the matrimonial home in the month of January, 2020. In the meanwhile, respondent No.4 appears to have approached respondent No.3-Police to settle the matter. On that, respondent No.3-Police started continuously calling the Writ Petitioners to attend the police station on the pretext that a case was registered against them basing on the report given by respondent No.4. Though the Writ Petitioners requested the respondent No.3-Police to furnish the details of FIR, the same were not furnished. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3.
