The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 147 of 2024, registered under sections 20(b) II (A)/32 of NDPS, Act pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, Lohardaga. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegation against the petitioner is made of keeping 3 kg of Ganja in the shop of the petitioner. She further submits that said quantity is intermediary. On these grounds, she submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that said Ganja has been recovered from the shop of the petitioner. 5. Considering that quantity of 3 kg Ganja is intermediary, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of her surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Lohardaga , in ( 2026:JHHC:461 ) connection with Lohardaga P.S.
