By way of present application, a prayer has been made to update the record, on account of death of appellant No. 5(a) Mohinder Singh, in FAO No. 91 of 2017, which was decided by this Court, on 10.4.2025. As per the application, appellant No. 5(a), who expired on 2.2.2025, has been survived by his LRs Nachhatar Kaur (wife), Inderjit Singh and Manjit Singh (sons) and Jasvir Kaur (daughter). By way of affidavit, filed on 14.9.2026, proposed LR No. 3 Manjit Singh has asserted that except the above LRs, Mohinder Singh has left behind no other legal representative. Considering the said fact, the application, under consideration, is allowed and the record of FAO No. 91 of 2017 is ordered to be updated by bringing on record the LRs of appellant No. 5(a), as appellants No. 5(a)(i) to 5(a)(iv). Ordered accordingly. Amended memo of parties be taken on record. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 2724 of 2026 By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, falling to the shares of appellants/applicants. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the respondents, amount of compensation falling to the shares of appellants/applicants, as per the apportionment made by this Court, while deciding the appeal, alongwith proportionate interest is ordered to be released in favour of applicants. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, as per the particulars mentioned in the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
