This appeal is directed against the decree of divorce granted in favour of the respondent husband. The matter was referred to High Court Mediation Center. As per the Office Note, the matter is settled as per the report of the Mediator. 3. The Memorandum of understanding / settlement filed jointly submitted before the Mediator along with Mediation Report are ordered to be taken on record.
