Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned vice counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 01.09.2026 issued by the Regional Manager, HRTC, Nahan, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that the schedule has been mentioned to make the payment to the petitioner. As per the schedule, the petitioner shall be paid 2nd installment amount in December, 2026, 3rd installment amount in September, 2027, 4th installment 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:39609 2 amount in December, 2027 and 5th installment amount in March, 2028. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 11.01.2024 passed in CWP No.474 of 2024, titled, Kajan Singh and others versus Himachal Pradesh Transport Corporation and another, qua the petitioner has been implemented, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the petitioner is not paid the amount as per the schedule mentioned in communication dated 01.09.2026, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
