Keeping in view, the order, which is proposed to be passed in the present petition, no reply is being called for from the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the petitioner has completed his normal tenure, however, keeping in view the fact that the mother 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of the petitioner is su2ering from old age ailments and there no one else to look after her, he has prayed for quashing the transfer order. 4. Since the petitioner has completed his normal tenure at the present case of posting, he does not have any vested right to remain at his present case of posting. 5. However, keeping in view the adverse family circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority to highlight his grievances. In case the petitioner makes a representation within a week, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of two weeks thereafter and till the time the representation is not decided, the o7ce order dated 23.01.2026 shall remain stayed. 6. However, it is made clear that in case the representation is not made within a week, the interim protection granted shall be vacated automatically. 7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
