In view of such submission, the vakalatnama is taken on record. 3. The matter relates to Gumla (Mahilia) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2026, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO Corut-cum- Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Gumla. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing appropriate petition. 5. Learned counsels for the State and informant have got no objection. 6. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 7. If the petitioner moves before the learned court by way of filing appropriate petition the same shall be decided in accordance with law without being prejudice to this order.
