Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petition has approached this Court, feeling aggrieved by Notification dated 18.11.2025 (Ext.P/1), in terms whereof, the petitioner has been transferred from his present place of posting, i.e. Office of Conservator of Forest, Nahan, Distt. Sirmour, H.P., to the Office of APCCF (WP&S), Mandi, H.P. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner on a query put to him has fairly submitted that the petitioner has served more than 30 years at Nahan, however, he submitted that the petitioner is to superannuate in the month of August, 2027 and the transfer of the petitioner the transfer of the petitioner is on a D.O. Note, but in light of the fact that the petitioner is to retire in the month of August, 2027, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the petitioner make a representation for his adjustment at some other station within one week from today and let the representation be decided by the Authority concerned within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. Personal hearing be given to the petitioner. Till then, status-quo be maintained. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
