Mr. Hemant Kumar Verma, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner has prayed for revival of the execution petition. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 26.08.2026 and copies of office order dated 10.09.2025 and communication dated 24.08.2026, issued by the Director (School Education), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1. The same are taken on record. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 10.09.2025 reveals that petitioner has been granted the benefit of regular appointment from initial date of engagement. Thereafter, as per communication dated 24.08.2026, the amount which is payable to the petitioner has been determined as Rs.8,76,290/- Learned vice counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any amount so far. In case the amount as calculated has not been released in favour of the petitioner, the same be released within eight weeks from today, failing which the
applicant/petitioner shall be at liberty to again file an application for revival of the execution petition. The application is accordingly disposed of.
