The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime PS Case No.30 of 2024, for offence registered under section 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC and section 66(B),(C),(D) of I.T. Act, pending in court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved in ABA No.4392 of 2024 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 15.04.2025 and he next submits that on fresh ground the anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that there is no fresh ground as stated in the petition and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. What has been stated is the ground already available to the petitioner and when the coordinate Bench was not satisfied thereafter the petitioner has withdrawn the said petition and there is no fresh ground to entertain the instant anticipatory bail application and the matter is arising out of cyber-crime, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application being A.B.A. No.4438 of 2026 is, hereby, dismissed.
