Though the petition is listed for orders, with consent, it is heard finally. 3. This petition is filed seeking certain reliefs. Pursuant to the medical norms issued by this Court, the Sanjay Gandhi Institute has furnished a clarification regarding the disability of the petitioner, vide Annexure–N. In the said clarification, it is stated that certain specifications require re-examination by the Medical Board (Example: Point No.6 "Patient may require removal of plate and screws and rod from the left leg"). In view of the same, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent, Medical Board, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics on 06.07.2026 at 10:30 a.m., without fail, for fixing a date for - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29769 WP No. 12922 of 2024 examination by the Medical Disability Board, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics. 4. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. It is further observed that the Medical Board shall conduct the examination and issue a reasoned disability certificate within 30 days from the date of such examination and forward a copy thereof to the Corporation. The Medical Board shall issue disability certificate strictly in consonance with the norms setup by this Court in W.P.No.8322/2022. The petitioner is also directed to furnish the disability certificate to the Corporation. The Corporation shall not take any precipitate action regarding the assignment of light-duty work to the petitioner till they receive disability certificate. It is needless to observe that the Corporation shall take decision on the disability certificate by issuing endorsement to the petitioner. Additional Government Advocate and counsel appearing for respondent No.7 shall intimate the Superintendent - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29769 WP No. 12922 of 2024 regarding the disposal of the petition and the petitioner's appearance on 06.07.2026.
