ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the Court, seeking the following prayer:
"a) To quash the FIR in Crime No.0060/2026 has been registered by the Sagara Town Police registered in PRL. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court, Sagara, Shimoga District for the offences punishable under Sections 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 316(5) and 318(4) read with Section 190 of the BNSS, and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act 2000 now pending before PRL.Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC Court, Sagara, Shimoga District in the interest of justice and equity.
b) To Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and

circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Sri. Ranganth Reddy R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Waheeda M.M., learned HCGP appearing for the respondents and have perused the material on record.
3. A perusal at the complaint and the ingredients thereon is of the prima facie opinion that investigation in the least is a must in the case at hand.
4. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in the event a final report is filed and the said final report would go against him.
Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed.
