The present MCC has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.278/2020 (Smt. Asha Verma & Ors. vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) 2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants/State submits that vide Order dated 14.10.2025 passed in WPS No.278/2020, this Court directed the respondents/applicants herein, to equate/refix the Grade Pay of Rs.2800/- for the post of Lab Technician in respect of the petitioners therein/respondents herein from the date of their joining on the said post. The Court further directed the respondents/applicants to release the arrears within a period of two months with simple interest @ 6% per annum. Learned counsel further submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court, steps have been taken and necessary communication has been made with the competent authorities. He further submits that to comply with order of this Court, some more time is required, hence, it is prayed that time may be extended for further period of two months. 3 3. Learned counsel for the rrespondents has no objection if the above prayer of the applicants is allowed. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. 5. Vide Order dated 14.10.2025, two months time was granted to the respondents authorities/applicants herein to comply with order of this Court. However, eight months have been elapsed, despite that, the order has not been complied with. Therefore, having considered the contention made by learned counsel for the applicants/State, further two months time is granted from today to comply with Order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.278/2020 (Smt.
