This MCC has been filed seeking extension of time for compliance of order dated 25.02.2026 passed in WPS No.2440 of 2023 (Dr. SL Adile vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Another). 2. WPS No.2440 of 2023 was filed by the respondent herein as he was not being paid entire amount of pension as well as gratuity as also other service benefits owing to pendency of departmental enquiry against him. This Court vide order dated 25.02.2026 disposed of the said writ petition and directed the applicant to conclude the departmental enquiry pending against the respondent within a period of 3 months. It is this direction which the applicant have failed to comply and filed the instant MCC for extension of time to do the same. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant are making every efforts for compliance of direction made by this Court. He submits that since the post held by the respondent falls within the purview of the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, Raipur, therefore, opinion of the CGPSC has been sought in the matter, which is still awaited. He submits that they will conclude the DE against the respondent as soon as possible. 5. Considering the reasons assigned in the MCC, the same is disposed of with grant of further two months time from the date of receipt of copy of this order in favour of the applicant to comply with the order dated 25.02.2026 passed in WPS No.2440 of 2023.
