Faced with the said objection, Mr. Ramnik Pawar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw this Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 18 December 2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3606 of 2025. This request is not opposed by Mr. S. H. Yadav, learned APP for the Respondent – State. 5. In view of the above, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in terms of the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 18 December 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.3606 of 2025. 6.
