Keshri, Advocate ---- 02/13.08.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sundarpahari P.S. Case No.14 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 19 years and he is a student. He further submits that allegations are made that guests have come in the city for attending a marriage and the shop of the informant was nearby the said place and with regard to purchase of certain articles the altercation took place. He further submits that the allegation of taking out the country-made pistol is there against Dhananjay Ray and the petitioner is said to be only accomplice of said Dhananjay 2026:JHHC:24255 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4544 of 2026 Ray. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner was also accomplice of said Dhananjay Ray. 5. On perusal of the FIR it transpires that the allegations are there against Dhananjay Ray of taking out the pistol and assaulting from the butt of the said pistol and the petitioner is 19 years old and he is a student and he has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Godda in connection with Sundarpahari P.S. Case No.14 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 13.08.2026 Sangam/
