Learned counsel for respondent No.5 would submit that grievance of the petitioner based on letter dated 05.01.2021 is with regard to disbursement of award of compensation to the petitioners for the land bearing kh. no.685, 686/56/3 and kh. no.685, 686/54/4 awarded by Land Acquisition Officer vide award dated 03.10.2017. He contended that with respect to claim of amount of compensation, petitioners have already filed application under Section 64 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short “the Act of 2013”) before the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Tribunal, Chhattisgarh, Raipur (for short “Tribunal”) and placed the copy of 3 / 3 application filed under Section 64 (1) of the Act of 2013 for perusal of the Court. 2. Upon asking with regard to status of proceeding of the year 2019, learned counsel for respondent No.5 would submit hat according to his instructions, proceedings are still pending before the Tribunal. He submits that respondent No.5 herein is also respondent in that proceeding. 3. When this case was taken up for hearing on 15.06.2026, no representation was made on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In the aforementioned facts of case, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. 5.
