1. The instant contempt case has been filed against the opp. parties for willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 17.10.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No. 5249 of 2009.
2. Mr. Abhishek Sriwastava, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order has fully been complied with.
3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the order since has been complied with, as such, there is no need to proceed further with the contempt case.
4. Accordingly, the present contempt case is closed, as such, disposed of.
