The respondent has also tendered unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology for the mistake committed in the communication dated 07.09.2026. Therefore, in tis view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to revive the present petition, if she still remains aggrieved.
