KAMAL - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30660 WP No. 5946 of 2022 ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 22.06.2026 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, which reads as under: "It is submitted that, the petitioner preferred this writ petition to issue writ of certiorari to quash the order dated 22.02.2022 in No. Paa.Po .Sam/Hi.Naa.Ka.Appeal-01/2021-22 passed by the Respondent No.1 on the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. It is submitted that, K.Sarojini- Respondent No.3 (mother of the Petitioner) in the above Petition died on 11.12.2022. Respondent No.4 and 5 are the elder sister of the Petitioner and impleading applicant is father of the Petitioner. During last days of Respondent No.3, all family members have resolved the dispute and Respondent No.3 breathed her last breath in the house of Petitioner herein. Hence, petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble court to withdraw the Present Petition in the interest of justice." 2. The memo is taken on record. 3.
