Sri.Aravind V.Chavan, learned counsel for respondent has filed a memo enclosing the order dated 16.11.2025 in pursuance of the show cause notice which has been challenged in the present matter. His submission is that now that an order has been passed on the show cause notice, the above petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. This Court is in agreement with the submission made by Sri.Aravind V.Chavan, learned counsel for the Respondent. 4. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order in original dated 16.11.2025, leaving all contentions open, the Writ Petition stands disposed.
