Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Thathireddy Ashok Srivastava, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 7, and are coercing the Petitioner to settle the dispute. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that Respondent No. 7 lodged a complaint, which was registered as Crime No. 216 of 2024, dated 25.12.2024, on the file of Nandyal 3 II Town Police Station, Nandyal District, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, and 120(B) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity, ‘the IPC’). In that regard, the Petitioner was called to the police station. It is submitted that the police did not interfere in the civil dispute between the parties, nor did they compel the Petitioner to attend the police station without cause. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and upon recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute pending in O.S. No. 86 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nandyal, except in accordance with due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
