During the course of the argument, only grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitioners is that, on account of petitioners' selection through NEET PG as Senior Resident, they are required to join the course up to 03.02.2026. However, the [2026:RJ-JP:5086] (5 of 5) [CW-2261/2026] petitioners have been working as Medical Officer with the State Government yet, on account of not relieving the petitioners by the Director, Medical, Health & Family Welfare Department, they shall not be able to join by 03.02.2026. 2. Mr. Rahul Verma associate of Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC, appears on behalf of the respondents and accepts notice. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has agreed to relieve the petitioners by tomorrow i.e. 04.02.2026 and accordingly, date of joining of the petitioners as Senior Resident will be extended up to 07.02.2026. 4. In view of above statement of learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petitions are disposed of. 5. The respondent-Director, Medical, Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Rajasthan, is directed to relieve the petitioners for further joining as Senior resident at their respective places by 04.02.2026 and their date of joining is accordingly extended up to 07.02.2026. 6.
