Sri.Varun Sai who represents Sri.Sachin B.S. learned counsel on record for the petitioners submits that first petitioner is the wife and petitioners No.2 and 3 are the twin children of the respondent. Respondent is a Carpenter Mestri by profession. Respondent earns a lot. Respondent raised a plea that he cannot maintain the petitioners. But respondent married again and he is maintaining his wife and children born through the subsequent marriage. Learned counsel states that ₹3,000/- each was granted towards maintenance and in the present day living conditions said amount is not sufficient for the petitioners to maintain themselves. Learned counsel states that he will file an application seeking enhancement of maintenance before the family Court. Learned counsel seeks to dispose of this revision petition granting liberty to move such application. 3.
