The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 for the offence registered under sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 26(A) of BMMC Act. 3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be surrendering before the concerned Court and file surrender-cum-bail application showing that the fine amount already stands deposited. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court allows the petition to be withdrawn with an observation that if surrender- Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11417 of 2026(6) dt.08-07-2026 2/2 cum-bail application is preferred in next four weeks, the Court concerned shall look into the matter and all the documents that may be attached with the petition be considered and it is expected that the matter will be disposed of preferably on the same day.
