Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved by promoting the petitioner with effect from 29-5-2023 whereas the claim of the petitioner is prior to 2014. As Departmental Promotion Committee was conduced in 2014 itself, she would further submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the respondent authority raising his grievances with regard to consideration of the case of the petitioner for promotion from the date of departmental promotion meeting was conducted in the year 2019. 2. Prayer seems to be just and proper. 3. Accordingly, petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of 45 days from today and thereafter on such representation being filed before respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same within sixty days, in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
