It could be seen from the records that A1 to A3 were present and copies were furnished to them on 17.06.2022. Thereafter, A1 to A3 were not present on several occasions and petition filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C by them have been allowed. On 19.11.2025, NBW has been issued as against A3. As on 30.01.2026 NBW was pending against A3. Notice was ordered to the sureties of A3 and it was adjourned to 19.02.2026. Again it was adjourned to 11.03.2026 and thereafter it is adjourned to 13.05.2026. At this stage, the present petition has been filed. 3.
