The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) “Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other suitable writ or direction, directing the Respondent 1 to act upon the representation given by the Petitioners on 06.07.2024, 22.05.2025 and 26.06.2025 for strict implementation of interim order dated 15.06.2024 which is marked as Annexure – “P- 4, P-5” and Annexure Q-1 respectively within the time stipulated by this Hon’ble Court. (b) Pass suitable orders according to law and award cost and pass such other order or direction that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant, in the interest of justice and equity.” - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30348 WP No. 24115 of 2025 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have not implemented the interim order dated 15.06.2024 at Annexure - H and have not acted on the representations submitted by the petitioners on 06.07.2024, 22.05.2025 and 26.06.2025 at Annexures - P4, P5 and Q1. The plaints filed have also been placed on record, which indicate that the subject matter of the suit is sites formed in Survey No. 16, bearing Khata No. 197, Kanesumari No. 38, Kudregere Village, Dasanpura Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, 3. The trial Court vide several orders passed in the suits filed by the petitioners had allowed the applications and directed jurisdictional police to give protection to the plaintiffs in each of those suits in respect of I.A. No. 2. 4. When a Court were to pass any order to provide police protection, unless a contra order is placed on record, it is but required for the police authorities to implement the said orders. Respondent No. 1 is directed to act on the representations of the petitioners submitted on 06.07.2024, 22.05.2025, 26.06.2025, at Annexures - P4, P5 and Q1 in terms of the interim order dated 15.06.2024 passed in various suits within a period of 15 days from date of receipt of this order.
