Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "A) Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 23.09.2024 made by the petitioner as per Anenxure-'A' & 'B', in the interest of justice and equity; B) Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the proceedings to meet the ends of justice." 2. Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed a memo on 24.03.2025, which reads as under: "The Respondents Respectfully submits as follows: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30389 WP No. 27204 of 2024 1. Pursuant to the representation dated 23.09.2024 as per Annexure A & B the Principal City Civil & Session Judge has been requested to look into the grievance of the petitioner and submit a report. 2. The office of the Principal City Civil & Session Judge has submitted a report dated 28.11.2024, 16.12.2024 enclosing the action taken report from the respective presiding officers before whom the cases referred to in Annexures A & B are pending. 3. Since the Respondent's No.2 & 3 have already taken action in the administrative side, the petitioner may have to approach the respective courts for further course of action in the judicial side. WHEREFORE, the above writ petition may be dispose off taking note of reports produced along with this memo, in the interest of justice and equity." 3. The submission of learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 is that necessary action has been taken on the representation made by the petitioner and the security insofar as the property of the petitioner is concerned has been cancelled and further action is proposed to be taken against the imposters and the proceedings have been taken up against the imposters in a separate proceedings. 4.
