Petitioner is service as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at GPS Chipni-2, U/c GPCS Bathad Education Block Banjar, District Kullu, H.P. His grievance is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 17.08.2026 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer, but the aforesaid representation 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 has not been considered and decided by the competent authority till now. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents/competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P- 2, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy within four weeks from today.
