Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that other than the statement of a co-accused, there is hardly any other material available against the petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State files a report, which is taken on record. He relies on the case diary and the report and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that other than the materials available in the case diary, there is a criminal antecedent against the petitioner involving the provisions of the NDPS Act, being Kaliachak P.S Case No. 1956 of 2025 dated 25/11/2025. 3. Considering the above, the other incriminating materials available in the case diary and the restriction contained 2 in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
