Heard both the counsel for appellants as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the Endowments. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the Endowments has furnished the copies of the proceedings of the Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments Department, Multi Zone-I, Rajamahendravaram, as per which, in pursuance of the Orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Amaravati, vide Orders in O.A.No’s.712, 715, 714, 716 and 713 of 2017 dated 18.06.2019, after vacating the petitioners, the lease hold rights of the shop No’s.10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Sri Venkateswara swamy Temple, Brahmin Street, Vijayawada, NTR District, were put in tender –cum- public auction and allotted to the following persons - i. Vide Rc.No.A3/507776/2024, Dt.30.12.2024, the leasehold right of the shop No.10 (subject matter in CMA No.568 of 2019) put in tender – cum- public auction held on 21.11.2024 and the same was allotted to Sri Gurramchenchu Nagayya, son of Nagayya, Vijayawada, for a period of three (03) years from 01.12.2024 to 30.11.2027; 6 CMA NO’S. 568, 580, 584, 595 & 597 OF 2019 VS,J. ii. Vide Rc.No.A3/510647/2025, Dt.28.10.2025 the leasehold rights of Shop No’s.12 and 13 were put in tender –cum- public auction held on 14.11.2024, in which, shop No.12 (subject matter in CMA No.595 of 2019) was allotted to Smt Govindapalli Samrajyam, W/o. Nageswara Rao, and the leasehold right of shop No.13 (subject matter in CMA No.580 of 2019) was allotted to Sri Govindapalli Rambabu, S/o. Nageswara Rao for a period of three (03) years from 01.12.2024 to 30.11.2027; iii. Vide Rc.No.A3/154105/2025, Dt.20.03.2025 the leasehold right of shop No.11 (subject matter in CMA No.584 of 2019) was put in tender –cum- public auction held on 27.02.2025 and the same was allotted to Sri Chekuri Jaya Sankar, S/o. Subbarao, Krishna Lakna, Vijayawada, for a period of three (03) years from 01.03.2025 to 28.02.2028; iv. Vide D.Dis.No.A3/551169/2026, Dt.27.02.2026 the leasehold right of shop No.14 (subject matter in CMA No.597 of 2019) was put in tender – cum- public auction held on 16.02.2026 and the same was allotted to Sri Md. Rizwan, S/o. Tabrai Alam, Vijayawada, for a period of three (03) years from 01.03.2026 to 28.02.2029; The said fact was also admitted by learned Counsel for the appellants. 7 CMA NO’S. 568, 580, 584, 595 & 597 OF 2019 VS,J. 3. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives in the present appeals. 4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
