The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of FA (MAT) No. 119/2024, which came to be dismissed on 02.03.2026 due to non- compliance with a peremptory order dated 15.10.2025 of this Court. Considering the reasons assigned therein and submissions made by counsel for the applicant and the fact that the present MCC is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, this application deserves to be and is accordingly allowed.
