Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Shastri Teacher at GMS Grarigad, under GSSS Dhangiara, Block Chachiot-II, District Mandi. His case is that on completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station, a representation was preferred by him on 21.07.2026 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No. 2 seeking transfer and the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by respondent No.2/competent authority. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be content in case respondent No.2/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a fixed-time schedule. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
