Satish Chandra, learned counsel, on instructions, appears for Respondent No. 4 and is permitted to file a memo of appearance within two weeks. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the letter dated 15.05.2026 issued by Respondent No. 2 to Respondent No. 5. 4. The said communication is merely an internal correspondence between the authorities, requesting maintenance of law and order at the time of conducting the survey in respect of the land in question. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29483 WP No. 15806 of 2026 5. In that view of the matter, there is no legal impediment for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conduct the survey of the land in question. Since the parties are represented through their respective learned counsel, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to conduct the survey on 20.07.2026 at 11:00 a.m. 6. While conducting the survey, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are at liberty to seek the assistance of Respondent No. 5 for maintaining law and order and ensuring peace in the vicinity. However, before conducting the survey, Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall issue due notice to the petitioner as well as Respondent No. 4. 7. It is further made clear that the petitioner and Respondent No.4 shall cooperate with the authorities and to maintain a peaceful atmosphere to - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29483 WP No. 15806 of 2026 facilitate the conduct of the survey in respect of the subject land.
