KRISHNA KUMAR BARVE Digitally signed by KRISHNA KUMAR BARVE Date: 2026.06.25 11:39:32 +0530 2 For Respondent No.5 : Mr. R.S. Patel, Advocate. H on'ble Shri Parth Prateem Sahu , J Order On Board 24/06/2026 1. At the outset, learned State Counsel submits that after deposit of the amount of compensation, it is debited from the account of the beneficiary i.e. respondent No.5 by 20.12.2019 i.e. prior to the date of passing order dated 2.12.2020. 2. From the pleadings made in the writ petition, it appears that there is dispute between the family members on the claim of compensation so computed and awarded under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act, 2013’), and if there is dispute of title, then civil remedy may be availed. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case, it is observed that the petitioner is having efficacious alternative remedy under the Act, 2013 on civil remedy and, therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of at this stage granting liberty to the petitioner to avail other alternate remedy available under the law.
