After arguing for a while, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner when confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the instant petition is disposed of at this stage by directing the respondents to decide the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner within some reasonable period, to which Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG appearing on behalf of the respondents is not averse provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly under rule and as per law. 02. Since an innocuous prayer has been made, this Court in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and without commenting upon the merits of the case deems it appropriate to dispose of the same at the very threshold. 03. The instant petition is disposed of at the very threshold by directing the respondents, particularly, respondent No.2 to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, strictly under S. No. 221 2 WP(C) No. 2320/2026 Rule and as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order along with writ petition and the annexures thereto are made available to the said respondent. The order of consideration which is likely to be passed be forwarded to the petitioner through registered post. 04. The writ petition is disposed of in the manner indicated above.
