This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioner is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Section 64, 352, 3(5) of B.N.S. and under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 66(E), 67, 67(A) of the I.T. Act in connection with Sariya P.S. Case No. 90 of 2025, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 95 of 2025 pending in the Court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 4. The informant is a minor girl who admittedly was sexually exploited by the petitioner. The impugned order suggests that objectionable screen shots of the video and photographs are seized by the police. 5. Considering the age of the victim and nature of allegation leveled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
