Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer: - “Under the above circumstance, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order by quashing the impugned order of transfer dated 12.06.2026 issued by the opposite party no.4 under Annexure-2 to the writ petition. And this Hon'ble Court be further pleased to direct the opposite parties to allow the Petitioner to continue either at her present station or may be posted at any nearby vacant station available under CHC, Bukuramunda nearer to her service station thereby issuing a modified /revised order of transfer to that effect within a time bound period for the Interest of justice. And this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass any further order/ orders, direction/ directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation vide Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, she prays that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner. 6.
